Majid is a Program Director & Enterprise Agile Coach and he has broad experience of Information Technology and Platform Governance (Technology & Business Partnership) in addition to Program Management of Infrastructure & Business Intelligence Applications deployment, Setting-up and Overseeing Project Management Office (PMO), Agile Implementation, Large-scale outsourcing deals pursuit, Transition & Transformation of IT services with track record of successful launching, directing and managing of large scale complex programs.

He drive operational excellence initiatives to increase agility & efficiency, as well as digital transformation that improve experiences with partners, internal employees and end-user. He Also conducts Agile Awareness, Pre-inception & Inception Trainings / Workshops and drive the adoption of agile methodology across teams by maintaining the Agile Coach podcast and helps teams to apply “Agile Methodology & Lean Thinking” to put their training into actions.

Majid worked in large organizations' where he was responsible to review each Transition & Transformation Programs (strategic outsourcing & managed services) in AP region and provide consultancy & expert advice during the engagement by adopting the Repeatable Model methodology. Furthermore, he led the execution of strategic programs in the region and manage activities associated with strategic planning, contract, financials, forecasting & resources management and he oversaw & worked with all regions (Asia Pacific, Japan, EMEA and the United States).
