What is Transition
Transition is the entire process for assuming operational responsibility for a customer’s IT environment and Transition moves a customer organization from its current mode of operation to service provider mode of operation.
Transition includes the takeover of the “as-is” environment as well as contractual requirements necessary to facilitate the transfer.
What is Transformation
Transformation is the implementation of contractually defined projects, within a specified time, that lead to service enhancements and/or quality, productivity, and technology improvements.
